Hotel G+4 Plan & Elevation

I’m converting a five-storey commercial plot into a small hotel and need a complete set of architectural drawings at concept stage. The program is already fixed: ground floor as a restaurant, first floor as a banquet hall, and the next three floors divided between standard guest rooms and larger suites. Every room should accommodate a dedicated workspace/desk and, wherever the façade allows, a balcony.

What I need from you:

• Scaled floor plans for each level showing functional circulation, room counts, back-of-house areas and basic plumbing cores.
• A modern exterior elevation (front and side) that ties the restaurant frontage to the upper hospitality floors in a cohesive style.

Please deliver CAD or BIM files (DWG/Revit preferred) plus PDFs suitable for presentation. If you use SketchUp or similar for quick 3D massing studies, include those, too—they help me visualise the façade. Accuracy in room mix, staircase and lift placement, and a clean contemporary look are the key acceptance criteria.
