Hotel Call-Email Receptionist

You will be the first point of contact for our guests—by phone and by inbox—so your day revolves around answering calls and emails quickly, clearly, and with a warm tone that reflects our hotel’s personality. Because the focus is strictly on digital and voice interactions, you will not be stationed at the front desk; instead, you’ll work from the back office where you can concentrate on keeping response times low and information accurate.

I need someone comfortable juggling several conversations at once. Multitasking abilities are essential: calls may queue while an urgent email arrives, yet each guest must feel as though they have your full attention. Although this is an entry-level role, you should already type efficiently, speak confidently in English, and learn new systems without hand-holding; we currently use a straightforward cloud PBX and a browser-based booking tool, and I will provide a brief onboarding to both.

Your success is measured by:
• Consistently answered calls within three rings
• Emails replied to within ten minutes during shift hours
• Clear, correct logging of each interaction in the reservation system

Shifts are eight hours, five days a week, with weekends on rotation. If you enjoy a fast rhythm and can keep your cool when the lines light up, I’d love to bring you on board.
