Hotel Booking Automation Scraper (Python Bot)

I am looking for someone who can automate one scraping process for me. I have User data (which will be in SQL db) such as:
Title (Mr, Ms, Mrs)
First Name,
Last Name,
Check in Date,
Check Out Date,
City Name

Automation will pull Check In/Out Dates and City Name from Database
Will do hotel booking for user from any hotel booking website you recommend (i can suggest https://travel.rakuten.com/ https://www.booking.com/ etc) but I am open to any website (including local OTA websites from your country) as long as it covers worldwide hotels, it has pay at property or no credit card required options, it has NO strong bot protection so it can make easy to complete booking for automation without stuck in any step.
Email and phone number info can be randomly generated and inputted during the booking process.
After booking successfully completed automation will send these details below to DB (to relevant columns.)
Hotel Name
Hotel Address
Booking ID
