1. Hosting Services: Fully host the website on a reliable server.
2. Email Hosting: Set up with 4-5 email accounts initially, expandable later.
3. PostgreSQL Installation: Configure PostgreSQL on the server properly and ensure it’s linked to the website.
4. Integrations: Link my website forms to the email hosting service that you set up.
