I already have a clean, scaled floor plan in DWG/PDF format and now need your drafting skills to turn it into a high-density hostel pod layout. The goal is to show how many bunk-bed pods we can fit comfortably while still giving guests functional shared zones.

Here’s the concept you’ll be drawing:
• Each sleeping pod is a bunk bed setup.
• The layout must incorporate study areas, individual storage lockers and at least one inviting common lounge.
• Circulation paths must remain clear and code-compliant; I’ll provide the minimum aisle widths once we start.

What I’ll supply:
– The base floor plan (AutoCAD DWG + PDF).
– Rough hand sketches with preferred pod blocks and approximate counts.

What I need back:
– An editable CAD file (AutoCAD 2018 or earlier) with proper layers for walls, furniture, MEP cut-outs and annotations.
– A tidy, print-ready PDF at 1:50 or 1:100 that I can present to investors.
– A simple legend or key explaining symbols for pods, study desks, lockers and lounge furniture.

Acceptance criteria
1. Pod count and bed dimensions match the sketch and bunk-bed standards I’ll share.
2. Study areas, lockers and lounge are clearly demarcated and dimensioned.
3. All text and dimensions are legible when printed on A2.
4. No element strays outside the existing structural grid.

If you draft in Revit or SketchUp first, that’s fine—just be sure the final deliverable is a clean DWG and PDF. Turnaround is ideally three days once I hand over the base file.
