Host Client Project Video Meeting

I have a project-focused call coming up with a client team of roughly 6-10 participants and need a dependable host to handle every technical detail. Your role starts with selecting a stable platform—Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or a comparable service—then setting up the session link and sending it to me in time for distribution.

On the day, you will join early, keep an eye on audio and video quality, enable screen sharing as required, and step in immediately if anyone has connection issues. Once we wrap, I’ll rely on you to provide a clean recording of the entire discussion along with any automatically generated transcripts the platform offers.

Deliverables
• Meeting link (plus calendar file) shared at least 24 hours before the call
• Live technical hosting and real-time troubleshooting during the session
• Full recording and transcript delivered within two hours after the meeting

Acceptance criteria: every participant joins without major lag, voices and shared screens are clear in both live view and recording, and the final video file plays without glitches.
