I need a driven recruiter to run a focused search for a Co-Listing Agent who truly understands short-term rentals. Your mission is to hunt within the Airbnb community first—think seasoned hosts or co-hosts—and then widen the net across well-run hotel chains and professional property-management firms.
Here is what the assignment looks like from my side:
• Source prospects with hands-on Airbnb host or co-host experience; hospitality or property-management backgrounds are welcome when they overlap with short-term rentals.
• Reach out, introduce the role, and complete an initial screening that confirms at least basic communication skills and relevant operational know-how.
• Collect each interested candidate’s résumé plus concise screening notes (experience summary, availability, salary expectations).
I’ll take over once you deliver the shortlisted profiles and decide who moves forward. Prior recruiting experience is a bonus, but if you are organized, personable, and can show resourcefulness on platforms such as LinkedIn, Airbnb community forums, or hotel talent boards, you’ll fit right in.
Deliverables I expect:
1. A spreadsheet or tracker with 10–15 qualified leads, their contact details, and screening notes.
2. All received CVs neatly organized in a shared folder.
If this style of talent hunt excites you, let’s start right away.
