Homepage Design in Squarespace 7.1

SQUARESPACE 7.1 HOMEPAGE DESIGN & BUILD

We use Squarespace 7.1 and are looking for an experienced Squarespace 7.1 designer to create and build our HOMEPAGE ONLY.

We are NOT looking to redesign the entire website. Our existing site's overall branding, visual direction, colors, and style are already established. We want the designer to work within that existing direction and create a professional, high-end homepage that fits the rest of the site.

WHAT WE NEED
Create and build the homepage only
Work within our existing Squarespace 7.1 website
Follow our established branding and visual direction
Create a polished, modern, professional homepage
Make sure the homepage works properly on both desktop and mobile
Be comfortable making adjustments while we work together
IMPORTANT — SQUARESPACE 7.1 EXPERIENCE

We specifically need someone with real Squarespace 7.1 experience.

Please provide 3–5 actual Squarespace websites or homepages that you personally designed and built.

Please do not send WordPress examples. We use Squarespace 7.1 and want to see actual Squarespace work.

COMMUNICATION IS VERY IMPORTANT

We want to work interactively with the designer.

Video calls and screen sharing are required.

We want to be able to work together in real time and say things such as:

“Move this over.”
“Make this larger.”
“Try this image.”
“Let's change this section.”
“Show me how that looks.”

You must be comfortable communicating with us through video calls and screen sharing while working on the site.

BUDGET

Target rate: approximately $10 USD/hour

Maximum project budget: approximately $100 USD total, including the Freelancer.com client fee.

Please tell us:

Your hourly rate
Your Squarespace 7.1 experience
3–5 actual Squarespace examples you personally designed
Your estimated number of hours for the homepage
Your availability
Confirm that you are comfortable with video calls and screen sharing

Again, we are NOT redesigning the entire website. The main assignment is the HOMEPAGE.

Thank you very much, looking forward to meeting you and talking with you soon.
