Homeowners Association Management App

I need a cross-platform solution that lets our housing community run smoothly from a single place. On the resident side, a clean mobile app (iOS and Android) should allow each homeowner to log in, view their current balance, and securely pay monthly or ad-hoc community fees. They also have to receive real-time notices—everything from board decisions to upcoming events—via push notification and email so no one misses important updates.

Property managers will work from a browser-based dashboard with the same sign-in, giving them authority to create units, register residents, set or edit fee schedules, and send announcements in one click. The dashboard must automatically match incoming payments, display who is up to date, and export simple reports so our accountant can reconcile without headaches.
