My homemade car’s tube chassis is roughed-in inside Zoo Design Studio, but before I cut any steel I want an experienced engineer to polish the design. The job is purely design refinement: no welding or shop work, just solid engineering that gives me confidence the frame will handle real-world loads.

What needs attention
• Suspension geometry – confirm pickup points, optimise camber gain and bump steer
• Weight distribution – tweak tube layout so mass sits where it should for balanced handling
• Safety features – integrate proper crush zones, rollover protection and jack-point bracing without adding unnecessary weight

I can share the current Zoo file along with photos of the mock-up. You may work directly in Zoo Design Studio or import the model into your preferred CAD package as long as final files come back in Zoo format (STEP or IGES export is fine for interim reviews).

Deliverables
1. Updated 3D chassis model with refined tube sizes, nodes and gussets
2. Basic FEA screenshots or summary demonstrating stress levels and safety margins
3. 2D drawings (PDF + DXF) ready for laser-cut tube notching
4. Short report outlining the changes, assumptions and next steps for fabrication

I respond quickly to clarify dimensions or vehicle specs and can run test fits on the physical mock-up the same day. Let me know your relevant motorsport or kit-car experience and an estimated timeline to turn the first revision.
