Home Renovation Design Plans

I’m preparing to renovate and extend my private residence and need a qualified architect to turn my ideas into clear, permit-ready documents. The project is strictly residential and focuses on three key zones: the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. I want to improve flow, add more natural light, and modernise finishes while keeping the overall footprint as efficient as possible.

You’ll translate my brief into accurate floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and detailed elevations, then develop a cohesive 3D model so I can visualise how each space connects before construction begins. Working files can be in AutoCAD or Revit, with presentation visuals exported to PDF and high-resolution JPEG/PNG.

Deliverables
• Concept layouts with two revision rounds
• Final construction drawings suitable for local permitting
• 3D renders or a walkthrough to illustrate materials and lighting
• A concise material and fixture schedule for the three rooms
