Home Finish Selection Guidance

I’m about to start a full-home renovation and need a designer to help me create a warm, bright space that celebrates natural materials (original home is MCM and my goal is to preserve what makes my home unique).

Here’s where I need your expertise:
• Kitchen: recommend wood cabinet colours, door style, complementary countertop and backsplash
• Floor tile selection for main floor
• Stairs: stair tread/railing stain that ties everything together.
• Walls: create a cohesive interior paint palette that flows room to room.
• Lighting fixtures placement and selection

I’ll provide photos, plans, and existing elements. In return I’m looking for:
Exact product or colour names/codes so I can purchase and instruct contractors with confidence.
I need someone I can bounce ideas off once I have a short list. so looking to pay by the hour. (Not interested in a one time mood board)
