Home Care Billing, Claims & EVV Specialist (Remote) – Must Have Hands-On Sandata/HHAeXchange/Alora/WellSky Experience. **Do Not Apply Without It.**

We are a Wisconsin Medicaid personal care and supportive home care agency in Milwaukee. We run on a custom platform modeled on Alora, WellSky, HHAeXchange, and Sandata. We need someone who has already worked inside these systems and can start immediately.

What you'll do

- Client intake, eligibility, prior authorizations, claim processig, EVV compliance

*Billing and claims*

- Post and reconcile 835 remittances against billed claims
- Flag denials, rejections, and underpayments quickly, with root cause and corrective action

- Work with ForwardHealth and Family Care MCO billing requirements

*Operations*
- Refine scheduling, caregiver onboarding, and client communication workflows so they stay efficient and compliant

*Documentation*
- Deliver updated SOPs and quick-start guides so our staff can run everything without you

**Required**
- 2+ years of hands-on home care billing and EVV work in Sandata, HHAeXchange, Alora, WellSky, AxisCare, or a comparable platform
- Direct experience with 837/835 transactions, clearinghouse submission, and remit reconciliation
- Medicaid billing experience; Wisconsin ForwardHealth and MCO billing is a strong plus
- Clear written communication and the ability to work independently

**Bonus (not required)**
- Basic web development: dashboards, APIs, CSV/EDI bridges. This could lead to additional paid work.
