Job Description
The DCX Client Services - Home Based Sales Assistant that will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Accurate with detailing information

A proven history of being adapt when the unexpected happens

Execute tasks and listen to guidance

Is very intuitive with computers and is comfortable learning various software

You like the idea of a jack of all trades position. Your tasks will be highly varied.

Role Details

Industry: Promotional

Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (USA)

Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)

Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient

Salary Range: 25,000-35,000

Daily Responsibilities

Create Proposals/Quotes/Opportunities

Locating Tracking Numbers for samples

Checking Inventory

Getting Shipping Estimates

Order Entry

Requesting Virtuals

Storing files and Artwork

Communicating with our internal team to check on order status should a client ask

Sending Proofs to Clients

Sending Artwork to our Art team to prepare proofs

Sending Proofs to Clients

Creating Presentations in Canva/marketing boards/ powerpoint as needed

Providing general day to day customer service to clients and vendors

Providing executive assistant support as needed

Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Experience in customer service, marketing or direct promo sales experience ideal

Experience: 1-3 years of Promo industry experience ideal OR experience in marketing / e-commerce

Education: College degree in communications or marketing ideal

Software that will be used

Various promotional industry specific software (I.e. Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore)

Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)

Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Canva is ideal
