Home Baking Assistance Needed

I’m looking for a reliable helper to share my home kitchen and turn out delicious bakes on a regular basis. Most sessions will revolve around three core tasks: mixing and baking straightforward layer cakes, producing moist cupcakes, and preparing simple desserts—think cookies, brownies, and pies. I’ll also have the occasional request for vanilla sponge bases and the frostings that go with them.

You don’t need advanced pâtisserie training, but you should be comfortable reading a recipe once, weighing accurately, checking doneness, and keeping the work-area spotless as you go. Basic piping or fondant skills are a welcome bonus for finishing touches, though elaborate decoration is not a must.

Deliverables each baking session
• One or more batches of the items agreed for that day (cakes, cupcakes, or specified dessert)
• Clean, organised workstation and utensils ready for the next use
