I’m ready to turn my rough sketches into a polished, dimensioned 2-D floor plan for a single-family residence. The layout must clearly show every bedroom, each bathroom, the main living room, and the kitchen, with walls, doors, windows, and circulation paths set out for practical day-to-day use.

You will receive my hand notes and overall footprint; from there I need a clean architectural drawing that is easy to read, scales correctly, and can be taken forward to the next design stage without re-work. Please deliver both a print-ready PDF and an editable CAD file so I can share them with my builder and make future tweaks if required.

Accuracy in room sizes, wall thicknesses, and opening placements is essential, and I’ll look for logical flow between the public (living/kitchen) and private (bedroom/bath) zones. If you use AutoCAD, Revit, or a similar drafting tool, let me know, as native files are a plus.
