Historical X/Twitter Data Recovery & Advanced OSINT (2012–2019)

I am looking for an experienced OSINT researcher or digital-forensics/data-recovery specialist to recover historical public tweets and retweets from my old X/Twitter account covering the period from 2012 through 2019.

The entire account and much of its content were deleted years ago. I am certain that the account contained hundreds of tweets during this period.

I have already conducted extensive searches using the Wayback Machine, search engines, standard OSINT tools, and other publicly available archives. Only a small number of tweets have been recovered, so I am specifically looking for someone with deeper experience in historical social-media recovery who can explore additional legitimate sources and techniques beyond basic archive searches.

Useful sources may include historical web archives, search-engine caches or indexes, public datasets, archived Twitter datasets, old crawls, public mirrors, quoted/reposted content, mentions, cached pages, historical username references, and other lawful OSINT sources.

I can provide the known usernames/handles, account details, previously recovered tweets, archive links, and other information that may help identify the correct account.

The objective is to reconstruct as much of the deleted account’s public historical activity as possible from 2012–2019 — especially tweets and retweets — using the highest-probability recovery methods available. This includes advanced or commercial historical data sources if necessary.

I am interested in recovering as much as realistically possible — including deleted tweets and retweets that may survive in historical archives or datasets.

If you have access to specialized commercial OSINT/archive services or historical datasets that could materially improve the recovery rate, I am willing to consider the additional cost.

Budget is flexible for someone who can demonstrate a credible method or relevant previous experience.

1. What methods or historical data sources would you investigate beyond the Wayback Machine?
2. Have you previously recovered deleted or historical Twitter/X content?
3. Do you have access to specialized archives, historical datasets, or commercial OSINT tools?
4. What level of recovery do you realistically think may be possible?

I am willing to pay more for genuine expertise and a serious recovery attempt.
