Historical Structure Slope Stabilization

I need a slope stabilization solution to preserve a historical structure in Studio City (91604). The site has 10' of poor quality loose fill over soft Modelo formation.

Key Requirements:
- Primary method: Pile supported slope stabilization.
- Must address slope stability and ensure long-term stability of the existing historical shallow foundation.
