Hiring: Professional Graphic Designer – Long-Term Retainer Basis

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Professional Graphic Designer to work with us on a long-term retainer basis, producing premium-quality visual content for our media, digital publications, magazines, and luxury-focused brands.

The ideal candidate must have a strong portfolio, exceptional visual storytelling skills, and the ability to create sophisticated, contemporary designs that meet international publishing and advertising standards.

Key Responsibilities

High-Quality Graphic Artwork: Create premium graphic designs, promotional artwork, and visually compelling creative assets.

Social Media Advertising: Design engaging advertisements, campaign creatives, promotional banners, and branded content for social media platforms.

Online Magazine Design: Design digital magazine layouts, editorial spreads, feature articles, and visually engaging internal pages.

Magazine Cover Design: Create striking, professional magazine covers with strong typography, creative compositions, and premium editorial aesthetics.

Editorial Layouts: Design internal magazine pages, interviews, special reports, luxury features, and other editorial content.

Digital Advertising: Produce promotional creatives for websites, online campaigns, newsletters, and digital media platforms.

Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent visual identities across publications, campaigns, and digital channels.

Print-Ready Artwork: Prepare professional, print-ready files when required, alongside optimized digital versions.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven professional experience in graphic design and editorial publishing.
An outstanding portfolio demonstrating magazine covers, editorial layouts, advertising creatives, and social media graphics.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, branding, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing premium, luxury, corporate, travel, hospitality, or lifestyle content is highly desirable.
Ability to work with tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
Strong communication skills, reliability, attention to detail, and responsiveness.
Ability to handle ongoing design requests and work collaboratively over an extended period.

Engagement and Expectations

This is a long-term retainer opportunity, not a one-off project. We are looking to establish a reliable working relationship with a talented designer who can consistently deliver high-quality creative work.

The selected designer will receive regular design assignments covering social media advertising, magazine covers, editorial pages, digital artwork, and other publication-related creative requirements.

Compensation will be agreed upon based on experience, portfolio quality, availability, and the scope of the monthly workload.
