We are StudioPilot, a Netherlands-based music-production software company behind StudioPilot 2.0—an AI audio-generation studio available in the browser and as a native VST3/AU plugin. Our tool helps hands-on producers generate missing parts, vocals, beats, loops, and transformations to finish stalled tracks inside their existing DAW.

Project Overview & Opportunity
We are looking to expand our roster and are actively hiring 20 music producers for this initial campaign:
Initial Paid Trial (20 Open Spots): Create one short, 35-second workflow reel demonstrating the StudioPilot VST inside a real DAW project.
Long-Term Contract (Top 3 Performers): While this first phase has a lower test budget, the top 3 best performers out of the 20 hired will be selected for ongoing, long-term work at significantly higher compensation rates.
The Task
We do not want a standard "plugin review" video. We want to see you actually using the plugin in your creative workflow:
Create a ~35-second reel showing StudioPilot VST adding a usable audio element inside a real DAW production.
Creative Freedom: You choose your own music style and creative approach.
Originality: The music production must be original. No existing music, footage, or production assets will be provided.
Initial Assessment Compensation
Please state in your proposal which reel option you are bidding for:
Option 1 ($30): Screen-led reel (no on-camera appearance).
Option 2 ($50): Producer-on-camera reel alongside the DAW workflow.
Timeline & Requirements
Delivery: Within 2 days of project award.
Language: English (preferred working language).
Software: Must have your own DAW and the ability to cleanly capture screen and/or high-quality video footage.
