Project overview
This project centers on recording a collection of soulful bhajans rooted in Indian classical music. Every piece must be rendered in a devotional mood and sung in both Hindi and Sanskrit, with clear diction and emotive, spiritually charged delivery.
Scope of work
• Record bhajans with Bhakti Bhaav, each around 5–6 minutes, and supply separate, final WAV files (44.1 kHz/24-bit) after editing for Breath and other tones.
Provide a duplicate file (another recording of all Paras) of Bhajans along with final file.
• Capture vocals in an acoustically treated space using a quality condenser microphone to avoid noise.
Acceptance criteria
• Sur and taal remain faithful to Indian standards throughout.
• Pronunciation in Hindi and Sanskrit is accurate and expressive.
• No clipping, background noise or heavy pitch-correction artefacts.
• Final files delivered via cloud link within 3 days of receiving the confirmed song list.
Kindly attach a one-minute sample of a recent Hindustani devotional performance so I can assess tonal quality, range and singing style. Light mixing skills or referrals for additional accompanists would be a welcome bonus, though the prime requirement is strong, soulful vocals that honour the devotional essence of each composition.
Request only those singers who already have few songs/samples on youtube for a quick reference.
Thanks
