I’m rolling out a brand-new SaaS platform built for businesses in the used–car trade and I need a sharp, reliable support agent who can speak to our customers fluently in Urdu, Hindi, and English. For four hours each day you’ll become the friendly face of the product, answering whatever comes in through three channels—email, Telegram, and the in-app management console.
During your shift you will handle every type of inquiry we receive: quick “how-to” questions, deeper technical glitches, and occasional pre-sales queries from dealers evaluating the tool. You’ll have direct access to our engineering team for escalations, but the aim is to solve as much as possible on first contact and keep response times tight.
I’ll walk you through everything in a live training session before you take your first ticket, introducing our internal dashboards, knowledge base, and the specific workflows that keep the platform running. After that, you’ll still have a manager on Slack for real-time backup.
Success for me looks like:
• Average first-response under 20 minutes within your 4-hour window
• Clear, polite, error-free messages in whichever language the customer prefers
• Accurate tagging and brief internal notes so the rest of the team can see what was done
If you’re comfortable juggling multiple channels at once, switching languages on the fly, and keeping calm when a dealer’s inventory feed won’t sync, I’d love to hear from you.
