I run a Hindi-language YouTube channel that releases short educational tutorials and I’m looking for an editor who can give each video a fast-paced, energetic feel without losing clarity. The raw footage usually totals 20-25 minutes and needs to be tightened to around 10-12 minutes, complete with quick punch-ins, dynamic text call-outs, upbeat transitions and background music that never overpowers my narration.

Your job is to take the screen-capture clips, talking-head segments and any slide assets I provide, weave them into a coherent lesson, and add light motion graphics for key definitions or formulas when they come up. I’ll supply a reference edit so you can match the tempo and overall mood from the very first draft.

Because the channel serves a Hindi-speaking audience, all on-screen text, lower thirds and captions must be in clear, error-free Hindi. I record in 1080p at 30 fps, so please deliver in the same resolution, encoded for YouTube with proper loudness normalization.

Deliverables per video
• Completed edit (H.264, 1080p, 30 fps, max 8 Mbps)
• Separate project file (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut—whichever you use)
• Thumbnail-ready still frame
• SRT subtitle file in Hindi

I plan to release two tutorials a week and would appreciate a 48-hour turnaround on each. If you’re comfortable juggling multiple topics under the broad “education” umbrella and you thrive on quick cuts, smooth zooms and engaging motion graphics, let’s talk.
