Hindi PDF Document Transcription

I need a detail-oriented typist who can accurately convert Hindi text contained in PDF files into an editable Word (or Google Docs) format. Each page must be reproduced exactly—correct spellings, punctuation, paragraph breaks, and any tables or simple formatting that appear in the original.

While the immediate priority is Hindi typing, I occasionally have English documents that require straightforward transcription as well, so flexibility is a plus.

Scope of the first batch
• Source: Clear, text-based PDFs (no handwritten pages).
• Volume: Approximately 40–50 pages.
• Output: Clean Word file, Unicode Hindi font, proof-read and ready for copy-paste use.

Quality expectations
• 100 % text accuracy; I will run random spot checks.
• Consistent formatting that mirrors the source.
• Delivery by the agreed deadline with daily progress updates.

Long-term possibility
If this initial assignment is completed reliably and on time, I’m open to a steady flow of similar Hindi typing projects and occasional English document transcription.
