Hindi lecture Audio Transcription Needed

I have a series of Hindi-language podcasts that need to be transcribed accurately from audio to clear, well-formatted text. Each episode runs between 20 and 40 minutes. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with:

• Pure transcription (no translation)
• Audio-to-text conversion in native Hindi script
• Conversational podcast content that may include multiple speakers, informal vocabulary, and occasional English words

Your transcript should:
1. Preserve the original Hindi wording without paraphrasing.
2. Note speaker changes clearly.
3. Flag any inaudible sections with a timestamp.

I will provide the audio files in MP3 format via a shared folder. Please return transcripts in either DOCX or Google Docs.
