I have a full residential lease agreement written in Hindi. Rather than a word-for-word rendering, I need a clear English-language summary that captures every critical clause—rent amount and schedule, deposit terms, maintenance duties, renewal and termination conditions, penalties, dispute-resolution steps, and any special provisions that affect either party.

Precision still matters, but the tone should be plain-English so a non-lawyer can follow it easily. Where a legal term has a straightforward everyday equivalent, use it; where no good substitute exists, keep the original term and add a brief parenthetical explanation.
