Hindi Identity Verification Calls

I have a queue of recently registered customers whose identities must be confirmed over the phone in Hindi. Each call is short: greet the customer, verify their name, the phone number you reached them on, and the email address we have on file. When all three match, record the call as “verified.” If a customer cannot confirm every detail, simply mark the entry “verification incomplete” and move to the next record—no follow-up or escalation is required on your side.

A calling script, the contact list, and a simple web form for logging results will be provided at kickoff. You only need a quiet environment, a reliable phone connection (mobile or VoIP), and clear Hindi pronunciation. At delivery I expect the completed log with each customer tagged as “verified” or “verification incomplete” and a brief note if any number was unreachable.
