Hindi Educational Books Re-typing

I need several Hindi educational books transcribed word-for-word into plain .txt files. The pages contain a large number of special characters—think vowel diacritics, conjunct consonants, mathematical symbols and the occasional diagram label—so every symbol must be captured exactly as printed using proper Unicode entry (no image placeholders or skipped glyphs).

You will receive high-resolution scans; you return a clean UTF-8 text file for each book, mirroring line breaks and paragraph structure of the original but without any additional styling. Accuracy is crucial. I will spot-check against the scans, and any inconsistency in characters or missing punctuation must be corrected before final hand-over.

Deliverables
• One plain-text (.txt) file per book, encoded UTF-8
• All special symbols rendered correctly in Unicode
• A short changelog noting any illegible areas you had to query

Once I confirm the text matches the source, the milestone is released. If you have experience typing Hindi with complex diacritics, or have previously handled Sanskrit or math-heavy content, that will help you finish faster and more accurately.
