Hindi Book Re-typing & Formatting

I have a set of printed Hindi educational books that need to be keyed in from scratch—no OCR, no copy-paste shortcuts—direct manual typing in flawless Devanagari. The final output must be a clean, fully editable Word document, laid out to mirror the original pedagogy material but with upgraded, custom formatting.

Here is what I need from you:

• Every sentence typed exactly as it appears in the book, including punctuation, footnotes, tables and any short English phrases that occur.
• Custom styling in Word: specific fonts for headings and body text, consistent heading hierarchy, numbered examples, boxed exercises, and page-breaks where chapters begin.
• Careful proofreading before delivery so the file is ready for instant print or digital distribution.

I will supply high-resolution photos or quick scans of each printed page, plus a brief style guide that lists the fonts, point sizes and spacing I want. Return each chapter as a separate .docx file and keep the original page order intact so my team can cross-check at a glance.

Accuracy is critical; please indicate your typical error-rate (or how you ensure zero mistakes) and the daily page volume you can handle. Once the first chapter is approved, we will move ahead in batches until the full book set is complete.
