We operate a growing network of diagnostic centres across Himachal Pradesh and want to convert local searches into a steady flow of enquiries for blood tests, imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT-scan) and preventive health-check packages. The focus is lead generation, not vanity metrics, so every tactic must push phone calls, WhatsApp messages or in-lab visits.

Scope of work
• Audit and fully optimise each Google My Business profile: categories, services, images, FAQs, posts and tracking UTM links.
• Ensure consistent NAP and service descriptions across key local directories and relevant healthcare listings.
• Craft location-specific on-page SEO for our website (schema, meta, internal linking) targeting “diagnostic centre near me”, “blood test in ”, etc.
• Plan weekly social media micro-content that amplifies seasonal offers and redirects traffic back to GMB and the site.
• Build and clean citations, earn local backlinks, and monitor competitor moves with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Set up conversion tracking so we can attribute form submissions, calls and direction requests to each SEO action.

Acceptance criteria
1. All GMB listings reach 100 % completion status and pass Google photo & info guidelines.
