Hikashop Event-Date Shipping Plugin

I need a small Joomla / Hikashop plugin that hides certain shipping options when an event is getting close. Every product already carries an “event date” field that is filled automatically from its own data; five days before that date the plugin must silently remove the chosen methods—Postal delivery, Courier service and E-Mail delivery—from every stage of the cart and checkout. No warning or replacement message is required; the options should simply disappear.

Inside the plugin’s parameters I want to be able to:

• pick which shipping methods are affected (so the list can grow later);
• set the lead-time in days, defaulting to 5.

The logic has to respect mixed carts: if any item in the basket has an event in less than the lead-time, the restricted methods vanish for the whole order.

Deliverable: an installable Joomla plugin that follows Hikashop’s coding standards, works on the latest stable Joomla and Hikashop releases, and includes brief setup instructions.
