I run a YouTube channel called HighLevel Launch that teaches agency owners how to use HighLevel: workflows, funnels, SaaS Mode, snapshots, and new features.
I'm looking for someone who knows HighLevel well and can produce complete, ready-to-upload tutorial videos from start to finish.
This is ongoing work: 2–3 videos per week to start, with more if it's a good fit.
WHAT YOU'LL DO (PER VIDEO)
1. Take a topic brief from me (topic, outcome, what to build)
2. Write the script in clear, natural, conversational language
3. Build what the tutorial shows (workflows, funnels, forms, automations) inside a demo account
4. Screen record the build step by step
5. Generate the voiceover using the AI voice I provide
6. Edit: sync voice and screen, add zooms on small clicks, captions, my intro/outro
7. Deliver the final video file for my approval
Titles, thumbnails, and descriptions are handled on my side.
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong, hands-on HighLevel experience. You've built workflows, funnels, pipelines, and snapshots for real clients
• You know agency-level features: SaaS Mode, rebilling, snapshots, sub-account settings
• You keep up with HighLevel updates (new features roll out constantly)
• Clean screen recording and editing skills (Descript, CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Fluent English for scripting
• Comfortable with AI voice tools (ElevenLabs or similar)
• Reliable turnaround: each video delivered within [3] days of the brief
NICE TO HAVE
• You've made YouTube tutorials or Loom walkthroughs before
• You understand YouTube basics: strong hooks, retention, searchable titles
• Experience with HighLevel's newer features (Founder plan features, AI Employee, Workflow Maps)
QUALITY STANDARDS
• Every video must actually work. If a viewer follows the steps, they get a working result
• No filler. Get to the point in the first 15 seconds
• Explain WHY, not just where to click
• Accurate and current. Check HighLevel's help docs when unsure
• 100% original. Don't copy or rewrite other creators' videos or scripts
• No income claims or exaggerated promises
WHAT I PROVIDE
• Topic briefs and a running content list
• Access to a demo sub-account (with limited agency permissions when a video needs it)
• The AI voice account
• Intro/outro, Canva thumbnail template, and description template with my links
• Fast feedback, usually within 24 hours
PAY
• Paid per finished video: $[40–100] depending on length and build complexity
• Bigger builds (full funnels, multi-step automations) paid at a higher rate, agreed upfront
• Paid test video first (see below)
OWNERSHIP
• I own all videos, scripts, and builds you create for this project
• You may not post them anywhere else or reuse them for other clients
• Never record or share anything from accounts outside the demo account I give you
