Your task is to turn all of that into a single, well-structured spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) while preserving every character, number, and punctuation mark exactly as shown.

Accuracy is everything here—no missing fields, transposed digits, or stray spaces. I will spot-check random rows, so please feel comfortable working at 100 % precision even when the pace is brisk. A solid grasp of basic data cleaning and consistent formatting (dates, currency, capitalization) will help the final sheet look professional from the start.

Deliverables
• One master .xlsx or Google Sheet containing every entry, neatly formatted and ready for analysis.
• A brief change log or notes tab if you encounter illegible text, duplicates, or anomalies.
