High-Volume Personalized Email Outreach

I have out to roughly 1,600 business owners—about 54 messages a day—and I want every email to greet the recipient by name while keeping the body identical. I will supply an Excel/CSV file with the owners’ names and email addresses; you will take it from there.

First, I need a single, formal and professional template drafted. Once we lock that in, your job is to send the personalized emails daily, pacing the sends so we stay well inside typical provider limits and avoid spam flags.

Deliverables
• One polished template (formal, professional tone) approved by me before launch
• Daily sending of ~54 personalized emails drawn from my Excel/CSV list
• End-of-month report summarizing deliveries, opens, bounces and unsubscribes
