High-Volume Manual Data Entry

I have a little over one thousand individual records that must be keyed in by hand into a spreadsheet template I will supply. Every entry needs to mirror the source material exactly—spelling, punctuation, spacing—because this data feeds directly into a reporting dashboard that cannot tolerate errors. No scraping tools or macros are allowed; the work has to be 100 % manual as requested.

The source files and a sample filled-out sheet will be shared immediately after project start. I ask that you:

• maintain the original field order and header names already in the template
• flag any unreadable items in a separate “issues” column rather than guessing
• return the completed spreadsheet in Excel or Google Sheets format

I will review accuracy in batches, so partial submissions are welcome. Once the final sheet meets the template requirements and passes a quick spot-check, the project will be signed off and released.
