I need a robust bulk-email setup capable of reliably delivering up to 30 million transactional messages every month straight to the inbox. At the moment I’m not tied to any provider—no Mailchimp, no SendGrid—so you’re free to recommend and configure the stack that will give us the highest deliverability and full control.
Key objectives
• Build or integrate an infrastructure that scales to 30 M sends per month (SMTP relay, dedicated IPs, or self-hosted MTA—whatever best meets the goal).
• Authenticate domains with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and provide clear guidance on IP warming so reputation is protected from day one.
• Enable basic personalization (name and email placeholders) within our transactional templates.
• Supply a user-friendly dashboard or API so our app can trigger the sends in real time.
• Monitor and report on bounces, complaints (also all opt-outs), opens, and clicks so we can adjust quickly if deliverability dips.
I’m looking for someone who has already deployed high-volume setups—PowerMTA, Postal, MailWizz, Amazon SES clusters, or similar—and can prove past inbox rates at scale. When you respond, outline the tech you’d use, any sending limits we should expect during warm-up, and the timeline to go live.
