Here’s what a usable lead looks like to me:
• Company name, website, and headquarters city
• Key contact in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Operations (name, title, direct email, phone or LinkedIn URL)
• Evidence they are hiring at scale right now (job-board screenshot link, careers-page count, or public news mention)
• Rough indication of how many openings they carry at any given time

I’m flexible on how you source the data—scraping job boards, mining LinkedIn, running targeted email or social outreach, even polite cold calls are all acceptable as long as the information is accurate and GDPR-compliant.

Deliver everything in a clean Google Sheet or Excel file, de-duplicated and ready for import. Each lead will be spot-checked, so bounce-free emails and working phone numbers are essential for approval.
