High-Ticket Sales Expert Needed

I really want is someone who has experience closing a high-ticket client. I don't only need experience; I need someone who has a network of mid-size and large-size property management companies in the US because I want to close the two deals this month. It's my target because I spent 10 days doing all the things, like making the website and all, and I only have 20 days left. Not really 20 days now; I think there are 17 to 18 days left to close two deals. I want someone who has an exclusive network with mid-size and large-size property management companies that maintain 500 to 4,000 units like that, I want someone from the U.S. It says that. It's best if someone is on the tech side, and I'm going to hand it over all the knowledge of AI call automation so he can learn everything, and I am going to talk with him and explain everything. If somebody has some tech or AI knowledge, that's also good for him. That's it. I know it's a hard job but for every closing client I am going to give $5,000 after he is able to contact the client and able to close the deal in a Zoom call. I am also going to be in a Zoom call. What You Will Do

Conduct Zoom discovery and closing meetings with decision-makers (Directors, VPs, C-suite).

Articulate business ROI and operational value clearly to enterprise buyers.

Close high-ticket implementation agreements. (I will be on the call as the technical lead to demonstrate the live system and answer technical questions).

Optionally leverage existing enterprise relationships or networks to initiate opportunities.

Compensation & Project Economics

Contract Size: Client implementation fees range from $15,000 to $25,000+.

Payout Structure: $2,000 to $5000 per closed implementation, paid directly.

Volume Target: Initial goal of 2 closed clients in this month, scaling to 5 monthly.

Requirements

Proven background in B2B tech sales, software closing, or high-ticket consulting.

Exceptional executive presence, native English fluency, and Zoom negotiation skills.

Ability to quickly grasp AI voice concepts and translate them into clear business benefits (no coding knowledge required).

Track record of closing five-figure B2B deals.

Please share a brief summary of your high-ticket B2B closing experience and the largest contract size you have closed.

And I repeat, but I mainly want someone who is good at closing and conversation, from finding a lead to closing the deal on a Zoom call. Had a good network with property management companies or able to find and connect property management companies within 20 days and able to close two deals. And I want someone who can work on a commission basis. I want someone who can first close these from the Zoom call to all the payments and signing the contract. Then ask for a commission.
