I run a boutique bookkeeping practice and have the capacity—and the desire—to serve only three high-value clients. My ideal accounts are established e-commerce or retail businesses that appreciate premium support and are willing to commit to a full bookkeeping, sales-tax, and cash-flow reporting package.
Your task is to own the entire client-acquisition journey within 24 hours. This includes sourcing the right prospects, carrying them through discovery, presenting our offer, negotiating terms, drafting the service-level agreement, collecting payment on my behalf, and ultimately delivering a signed service-level agreement for each of the three new clients. I’m happy to brief you on our exact workflow, and pricing so you can speak with confidence during calls.
To succeed you’ll draw on whatever mix of outbound email, LinkedIn outreach, paid traffic, warm referrals, or partnership channels you prefer; what matters is results. You should be comfortable running Zoom demos, answering bookkeeping and sales-tax questions at a high level, and pushing opportunities to close inside a clean CRM trail.
Deliverables—crystal clear and non-negotiable:
• Three signed service-level agreements with qualified e-commerce or retail businesses.
• A concise handover file for each client: contact info, pain points uncovered, agreed scope, and any follow-up dates.
• A brief post-campaign recap outlining what worked so we can replicate it in the future.
If you have a track record of closing high-ticket service deals and you’re ready to send me only the right clients, let’s talk.
