I’m upgrading the access strategy for a tall building façade—well above 10 storeys—so I need a full temporary-works scaffold design that is buildable, economical and fully compliant with EN 12811.

You’ll develop the complete engineering package: layout drawings, connection details, load calculations and a concise method statement that my site team can follow without guesswork. I typically review drawings in DWG and PDF, so please produce both formats and include the structural calculations in a separate report.

The design must account for:

• Wind loads and façade geometry at this height
• Clear working platforms that allow cladding trades comfortable, uninterrupted access
• Practical tie-in locations that respect the existing structure
• Safe loading bays and staircase towers for materials and personnel

I’ll supply architectural elevations, structural drawings and any site constraints as soon as we start. Once your first draft arrives, I’ll give rapid feedback so we can finalise and sign off the design quickly; a short turnaround is important because erection is scheduled to begin next month.

If you’ve recently completed comparable high-rise scaffold projects and can demonstrate familiarity with EN 12811 calculations, let me know—those examples will help speed up the approval.
