High-Res Surfing Manatee Artwork

I’m recreating the “Cool manatee surfing Leonida” graphic that appears on Jason Deval’s tee in GTA 6 and I need a production-ready file for DTG/DTF printing. You’ll receive several reference links so you can study every line and color, and I want the finished piece to track the original as closely as possible—same pose, attitude, palette, and overall vibe.
