High Res Drone DTM Mapping

I will provide you with a full set of geo-tagged drone photographs and ground-control data that now need to be processed in the office into a true bare-earth Digital Terrain Model. The goal is simple: turn the imagery into high-resolution contours that include all visible infrastructure so I can drop the results straight into my surveying drawings and produce detailed topographic maps.

Your task is entirely desk-based. Using photogrammetry software such as Agisoft Metashape, Pix4D, RealityCapture or an equivalent tool, you will:

• Generate an accurate, vegetation-stripped DTM
• Extract high-resolution contour lines suitable for engineering design
• Digitise and clearly label infrastructure features that appear in the imagery (roads, drainage, utilities, fence lines, etc.)

Deliverables
1. DTM raster (GeoTIFF or LAS/LAZ)
2. Contour set in DWG and SHP with an agreed interval
3. Vector layers for the captured infrastructure in the same coordinate system
4. A concise processing report outlining workflow, software versions and achieved accuracy

Everything has to align cleanly in CAD/GIS—no offset surprises—so please allow for a quick spot check before final hand-off. If you have a solid track record with drone data sets and survey-grade outputs, I’m ready to get started right away.
