We are looking for a detailed, highly accurate Lead Generation Specialist to build a pristine B2B outreach list of high-ticket Longevity, Functional Medicine, and Anti-Aging Clinics in the US/UK/Canada.

This is not a generic scraping job. We prioritise high-quality, deeply vetted data over raw quantity. If you provide generic "info at clinic.com" or "support at clinic.com" emails, your milestones will not be approved. We need direct lines to the people who sign the checks.

TARGET OUTCOME PROFILE:

1. Target Industries: Longevity, Functional Medicine, Anti-Aging, HRT (Hormone Replacement), Regenerative Medicine, or Premium Wellness Practices.

2. Required Titles: Founder, Co-Founder, Owner, Clinic Director, Medical Director, Lead Physician, or Chief Medical Officer (CMO).

3. Location: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Canada. pls focus on the US prospects.

STRICT SOCIAL MEDIA FILTERS (CRUCIAL):

Before adding any clinic to the spreadsheet, you must manually check their Instagram and YouTube/Podcast footprint:
- Rule A (Instagram Status): They MUST have an Instagram account, but it must show at least one of these two problems:

1. Inconsistent: They haven't posted a video in the last 14 days.
2. Poor Quality: They are posting videos, but they are completely raw and unedited (no engaging captions, no custom text graphic hooks, no professional styling).

- Rule B (YouTube/Podcast Status): Check if they have a YouTube channel or a podcast where the doctor talks for over 5 minutes.
- If they DO have long videos, put a star (star) next to their name in the sheet.
- If they DO NOT have YouTube, they are still a valid lead ONLY IF their Instagram matches the bad/inconsistent criteria in Rule A.

REQUIRED SPREADSHEET COLUMNS:

You will deliver the data in a Google Sheet with these exact columns:

1. Clinic Name
2. Location (City, State/Province, Country)
3. Decision Maker Full Name
4. Exact Job Title
5. Decision Maker LinkedIn Profile URL
6. Direct Business Email (Must be the doctor's/founder's direct email or their executive assistant's direct email. No info@ or marketing@)
7. Instagram Profile Link
8. YouTube / Podcast Link (Leave blank if none)
9. Notes on Video Quality (e.g., "Has podcast but hasn't posted an IG reel in 3 weeks" or "IG videos are raw Zoom clips with zero edits")
