3D Animator Needed for Kids Animated Series Pilot – WAISO WORLD (2.5–3 Min Episode)
We are developing a new children’s animated series called WAISO WORLD – World of AI Solutions.
We are looking for an experienced 3D character animator / animation studio to produce the first pilot episode, approximately 2.5–3 minutes long.
The series is aimed at children and combines adventure, comedy, science, technology, problem solving and positive values.
We already have:
Final main character designs
Character references and expressions
Environment / Smart City direction
Episode 1 complete Arabic script
Shot-by-shot production breakdown
Storyboard
Dialogue timing
Sound and music directions
Character continuity rules
The animation style should be high-quality stylized 3D CGI, colorful, cinematic and child-friendly. Character consistency is extremely important.
The original language will be Arabic, but the animation must be suitable for later dubbing into English and Korean. Dialogue timing therefore needs to allow reasonable localization flexibility.
Episode 1 is a paid pilot.
If the quality, communication and delivery are good, we intend to continue working with the same animator/studio on the remaining episodes.
Before the complete episode, we would like a short 10–15 second animation/style test using our characters after the project is awarded. This will confirm character appearance, movement, lighting and rendering quality before full production begins.
Required skills:
3D character animation
Facial animation and lip sync
Character acting/comedy timing
Environment animation
Camera work
Lighting and rendering
VFX / holograms / scanning effects
Sound design and final editing, or ability to work with supplied audio
Final deliverables should include:
Final 16:9 episode
Minimum 1080p; preferably 4K master
Arabic final version
Clean version suitable for English/Korean dubbing
Separate dialogue, music and SFX stems
M&E track
Editable on-screen text
Final project/source files
Character/scene assets created specifically for the project
All work produced for this project must be delivered with full commercial usage rights and ownership transferred to us after payment. Project material must remain confidential and must not be reused, resold, published in portfolios before permission, or used to create other characters/projects.
When applying, please send:
Your best examples of 3D animated children’s characters.
Examples showing character acting and facial expressions.
A sample of a complete 2–5 minute animated video if available.
Which software you use.
Whether you are an individual animator or a studio/team.
Your estimated production time for a 2.5–3 minute episode.
Your fixed price for the pilot episode.
What is included in that price: animation, rendering, voices, music, SFX, editing, etc.
Whether all project/source files will be supplied at completion.
Please do not send generic AI videos or unrelated portfolios. We are specifically looking for someone capable of maintaining consistent characters throughout a professional animated series.
In your proposal, start with the words “WAISO PILOT” so we know you have read the full brief.
