High-Fidelity Serif Wordmark Vector Reconstruction for SELIVA

We are looking for an experienced typography, lettering, or vector reconstruction specialist to create a clean, highly faithful professional vector master of our existing SELIVA wordmark.

This is not a logo redesign or branding project.

The visual direction of the SELIVA wordmark is already established. We have a clear existing reference image, and the goal is to reconstruct it as accurately as possible into a refined, clean, professionally constructed vector master.

At this stage, the master should not be altered or thickened for specific manufacturing constraints such as jacquard weaving. Any production-specific adaptation will be handled separately after the master wordmark is finalized.

We are specifically interested in someone with strong experience in:

- High-fidelity reference-based vector reconstruction
- Serif wordmarks and high-contrast letterforms
- Typography, lettering, or type design
- Precise Bézier curve construction
- Serif and terminal refinement
- Optical balance, stroke contrast, proportions, and spacing
- Creating clean professional master files in Adobe Illustrator or similar vector software

The most important requirement is the ability to preserve the beauty, proportions, slender character, stroke contrast, individual letter shapes, and overall visual impression of the original SELIVA reference without introducing unnecessary stylistic reinterpretation.

We are not looking for new logo concepts. The existing SELIVA reference should remain the primary visual target.

Please share relevant portfolio examples, especially:

- Reference image → final vector reconstruction
- Serif or refined luxury-style wordmarks
- Custom lettering refinement
- Before-and-after examples showing detailed letterform reconstruction
- Projects where you were required to match an existing wordmark or lettering reference very closely

1. Your estimated time for the first refined reconstruction
2. Your typical turnaround time for smaller revisions
3. The earliest realistic date you could complete the final master wordmark
4. Your revision process
5. Whether you can provide the final files in AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF formats
6. Whether full exclusive ownership and commercial rights to the final approved wordmark can be transferred to SELIVA upon final approval and payment
7. Whether you are comfortable keeping all SELIVA references and project materials private and not publishing them or including them in your portfolio without our permission

Fast and reliable communication is important to us. For smaller refinements, we prefer a workflow where updates can be shared as soon as they are ready, rather than having unnecessary waiting time between revision cycles.

We value accuracy, careful serif craftsmanship, attention to detail, reliable turnaround time, and clear communication.

General logo design experience is absolutely welcome. However, for this particular project, we are especially interested in portfolio examples that demonstrate precise reference-based reconstruction, careful serif craftsmanship, and detailed letterform refinement.

If possible, please include examples showing how you have translated an existing wordmark or lettering reference into a clean, accurate, professionally refined vector result.
