High-End Sun Flare Retouching

I have a family photo from a wedding I photographed that I need a meticulous, high-end retouch that tones down or removes the flare while preserving natural highlights, colour accuracy, and skin texture. This isn’t simply a basic adjustment; I expect pixel-level work—dodge & burn, frequency separation, or whatever advanced Photoshop techniques you find most effective—to restore clarity without creating a “plastic” look. The edited image has already been delivered to the client, and they are asking for adjustments.

Please include:
• A layered PSD (or TIFF) with all critical adjustment layers intact for future tweaks
• A flattened, ready-to-use JPEG in sRGB

The photo included the edited photo, and unedited. Please tone the image similar to the edited photo, but it just needs to be greatly improved to tone down the sun flare
