We are seeking an experienced 3D landscape / architectural visualisation artist to create premium presentation imagery for a major 27-hole mountain golf development in Vietnam.
This is NOT a golf course design project. The golf course routing and overall masterplan have already been designed and must not be changed.
We want to transform our existing masterplan and project information into a world-class visual presentation.
Required Deliverables
• 1 x Premium Rendered Masterplan
Take our existing golf course masterplan and significantly enhance its presentation quality while maintaining the actual design. We want realistic terrain, vegetation, water, golf features, quarry/rock areas, depth, shadows and surrounding landscape.
• 3 x Photorealistic 3D Hero Images
Cinematic, high-impact images suitable for presentation to project stakeholders.
One image should be a spectacular elevated/aerial overview showing the scale of the development.
The other two should showcase the strongest elements of the property — golf, mountainous terrain, lakes/water, quarry/rock formations and elevation changes.
We will provide:
• Existing golf course masterplan
• CAD/DWG information
• Available topographical/contour information
• Site/aerial photographs
• Visual references demonstrating the quality, atmosphere and presentation style we want
Important
Accuracy to the supplied golf routing and major site features is essential.
Do not redesign or invent the golf course.
Artistic interpretation is welcome for vegetation, materials, lighting, atmosphere and camera composition, but the golf routing, lakes, roads, quarry, major terrain features and other supplied design elements must remain consistent with the project information.
We are looking for imagery that feels premium, photorealistic and cinematic — dramatic mountain terrain, beautiful natural vegetation, realistic golf-course presentation, atmospheric lighting and strong depth.
Final images must be high resolution and suitable for large-format printing and professional presentations.
We would like to approve the initial masterplan treatment and proposed camera compositions before final high-resolution rendering.
When bidding, please provide 2–3 examples of YOUR OWN work most relevant to this project.
We are particularly interested in previous work involving:
• Golf courses
• Large-scale landscapes
• Resorts/masterplanned developments
• Mountainous terrain
• High-end aerial CGI / visualisation
Please state your total fixed price and expected delivery time.
CONFIDENTIALITY: All project information supplied is confidential. Project drawings, images, models and final visualisations must not be shared, published, distributed or used in portfolios/social media without our written permission.
