Project: Design & Print-Ready Development of Automotive Retail Solutions Brochure

We are a consulting firm specialising in the automotive retail/dealership sector in India and the Middle East. We are looking for an experienced corporate brochure designer to create a premium, professional and modular Automotive Retail Solutions Brochure for AVA Global Alliance.

The brochure will be used for presentations and business development with automotive dealership owners, dealer groups and senior management.

Scope of work:

Design a premium corporate brochure in A4 portrait format
Approx. 18–24 pages, depending on final content layout
Create a consistent visual identity that can also be used for individual 1–2 page solution flyers
We will provide logos, existing PPTs, content, reference brochures and brand colours
Designer should improve layout, visual storytelling, icons, infographics and overall presentation rather than simply formatting text
Brochure should look like a high-end consulting/advisory firm profile — clean, sophisticated and not overly colourful

Primary colours: White, AVA Gold and Charcoal/Dark Grey
Clean corporate consulting style
Premium typography
Strong use of icons, process diagrams, infographics and white space
OEM-neutral automotive imagery
Avoid generic template-style brochure design

Important: Content is largely available in PowerPoint format and will be provided. The designer is expected to convert this into a visually compelling brochure, simplify dense content where required and suggest better graphical representation.

Deliverables required:

Editable source file: preferably Adobe InDesign / Illustrator
Editable PowerPoint version, if feasible
High-resolution PDF for digital circulation
CMYK, bleed-enabled print-ready PDF
Individual solution pages/flyers exportable separately as PDFs
All fonts/icons/images used should be properly licensed for commercial use
Final files should be suitable for professional offset/digital printing

We would prefer a designer who has prior experience in corporate consulting, professional services, automotive, Big-4-style presentations or B2B brochures.

Please share examples of similar corporate brochures / consulting profiles designed by you. Generic social-media or consumer flyer portfolios are not relevant.

Also mention separately whether you can coordinate printing in India, including paper recommendations, finishing options and delivery.
