High-Detail CNC Wood Relief

I need a digital relief model that will carve cleanly and crisply in wood on my CNC router. The finished file should already respect the limitations of wood machining—balanced undercuts, consistent wall thickness, and a depth that will show fine detail without splintering.

Scope
• Create a single high-resolution 3-D relief (Z-depth) from my reference concept.
• Optimise it specifically for wood so tool paths remain smooth and tear-out is minimised.
• Supply the model in STL (primary) and either OBJ or STEP as backup, ready for import into Mach3/ArtCAM.
• Provide a shaded preview image so I can confirm texture and depth before carving.

Acceptance
I will test the STL on a small pine sample; any tool collisions or surface artifacts flagged in simulation must be corrected before final approval.

Timeline is flexible—I care more about crisp, splinter-free detail than speed—yet progress updates would be appreciated so I can schedule machine time.
