High-Detail 10″ Award Model

I have a reference photo of a gold-plated award that stands 10 inches tall, and I need a precise digital twin so a manufacturer can reproduce it. The finished file must be delivered in STL, completely watertight and scaled accurately to 10″. Every surface, edge, and ornamental feature visible in the image should be captured at a high level of detail so the piece can go straight into tooling without extra cleanup.

The model will be milled and cast, so please keep overhangs manufacturable, maintain uniform wall thickness where feasible, and ensure no non-manifold geometry remains. A single solid body is preferred; if you need to break it into logical parts for ease of molding, include a fully assembled master as well.

Acceptance criteria
• Clean, error-free STL ready for manufacturing
• Faithful replication of the supplied reference, including fine detail and overall proportions
• 10″ total height when imported at 1:1 scale
• File passes Netfabb or Meshmixer repair check without fixes
